IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AMES,, IOWA: Section 1. That the curb grades on the following streets avenues and alleys in the City of Ames , Iowa, by and are hereby established at the elevations shown on the plats and profiles now on file in the office of the City Clerk which plats and profiles are by this reference made a part of this ordinance. Hayward Avenue From the North line of Mortenson Road to a point 1, 290. 65 feet North of the North line of Mortenson Road., Alley From the North line of Seventh Street to the South line of Sixth Street between Duff and Douglas Avenues North Dakota Avenue From a point 58 . 5 feet North of the centerline of Lincoln Way: thence North to a point 22 . 5 feet South of the centerline of Ontario Street.
