ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 33 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, CITY OF
s A ES, IOWA, BY REPEALING SECTION 33---13024 THEREOF AS HITHERTO
! DESIGNATING
EXISTING, AND ADDING A NEW SECTION TO BE NUMBERED 33-13024
PARTICULAR LOCATIONS WHERE ANGLE PARKING IS PERMITTED;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
IT IS ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AMES,r

Section 1. Section 33-13024 of the Municipal Code of the
City of Ames , Iowa, as hitherto existing; is hereby repealed..
Section 2 . A new section to be numbered 33-13024 is
hereby added to Chapter 33 of the Municipal Code of the City of
Ames , Iowa, and .is as follows :
Sec. 33-13024 Where permitted. Angle parking is
permitted on the following streets and parts of
streets in the following locations :
Street or Location From To Side
Fifth Street Carroll Duff North
Avenue Avenue
Main Street Duff East line
Avenue of Clark
Section 3 . All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are repealed.
Section 4 . This ordinance is in full force from and after
its publication according to law.
Passed this 19th day of March 1968 .
