IT IS ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AMS, It?WA S Sectionl. The following described property is hereby dedicated to the public for street and alley purposes ",A strip of land 32.5 feet wide ,bring South of B,lock jg, blair's subdivision to the City of Amen. Iowa, and extending from the East line of Clark Avenue to the Nest line of Burnett Avenue, except the North 16 feet thereof; A strip of land 16.5 feet wide lying South of and parallel to the South line of block 14 of the original Town of Arms, Iowa, and extending from the kart line of Burnett Avenge to the west line of Kellogg Avenue: A pa.1cel of land in the West 51 feet of Lot S Mock 14, original Town, City of Ames, Iowa, described as beginning at a point 32.1 feet North of the Southwest corner Lot 8, thence South 16.0 feet, thence North 83019230" ,fast 51.35 feet parallel to and 1.6 ft. distance from South line of said Lot 8, thence Northwesterly 51.98 feet to paint of beginning; A strip of land 32.5 feet wide invAdiately South of ,and parallel to Block 13 of the Original Town of Mores, Iowa, and extending from a bast line of Kellogg Avenue to the Wiest line of Duff Avenue.
