BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA: Section 1. That Subsections (54) and (55) of Section 25-105. 17 of th Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa be and the same are hereby re- pealed, and the following enacted to be known as subsections (41)a, (54) (55) and (67) of Section 25-105. 17, respectively, of the Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa: 25-105. 17 Parking is hereby prohibited at all times, except as may be otherwise provided in the subparagraphs following, on the streets of the City of Ames, Iowa, as follows: (41)a. Second Street on both sides from Elm Avenue East, except on the South side thereof adjacent to Lots 3 and 4 Block 2 in College Park Addition to Ames, Iowa. (54) South Second Street on the South side from South Riverside Drive to South Oak Avenue; on the South side thereof from Duff Avenue West to the North-South alley between Duff Avenue and Sherman Avenue; and on the North side thereof from Walnut Avenue East to the North-South alley between Duff Avenue and Sherman Street. (55) South Third Street on the North side from South Russell Avenue to South Maple Avenue; and on the North side from South Duff Avenue to South Sherman Street. (67) Twenty Fourth Street on the North Side from Grand Avenue to Jensen Avenue. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
