BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA: Section 1. That Section 25. 105. 17 of the Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa, be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following subsection (3a) to be known as Section 25-105. 17 (3a) of the Munici- pal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa: 25-105. 17. Parking is prohibited at all times, except as may be otherwise provided in the subparagraphs following, on the streets of the City of Ames, Iowa, as follows: (3a) Barr Drive on the South side of the outside perimeter thereof from Jensen Avenue to a point 15 feet North of the north line of Lot 12, Broadmoor Fourth Addition to Ames, Iowa; and, on the North side of the outside perimeter thereof from Jensen Avenue to a point 25 feet North of the South line extended west of Lot 1, Broadmoor Fourth Addition to Ames, Iowa. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law. Passed this 15th day of June , 1965. M. W. JO AN, City Clerk PEARLS P.
