ORDINANCE NO. 2070
I AN ORDINANCE continuing,the office of city assessor as provided in Chapter
441, Code of Iowa (1962).
BE IT ORDAINED by the �;ty Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section 1. OFFICE OF CITY ASSESSOR. The office of city
assessor for the City of Ames as originalY created by ordinance number
651 is hereby continued pursuant to the provisions of section 441. 51, Code
of Iowa (1962).
Section 2. ASSESSMENT OF PROPERTY. The assessment of
property within the corporate limits of the City o. Ames shall be done pur-
suant to the provisions of chapter 441, Code of Iowa (1962).
Section 3. REPEALER. Ordinance numbeY 799 is hereby repealed.
Section 4. PUBLICATION. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
