ORDINANCE NO. 2065
An Ordinance Amending Chapter 25 on Traffic of the Municipal Code of the
City of Ames, Iowa, by Repealing Subsection (63) of Section 25-105. 17
thereof; and Prohibiting Parking on Certain Portions of Twentieth Street.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA:
Section 1. That Subsection (63) of Section 25. 105. 17 of the Muni-
cipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa be and the same is hereby repealed
and the following enacted in lieu thereof to be known as Section 25-105. 17
(63) of the Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa;
25-105. 17. Parking is hereby prohibited at all times, except as
may be otherwise provided in the subparagraphs following, on the
streets of the City of Ames, Iowa, as follows:
(63) Twentieth Street on the south side from Grand Avenue to
Duff Avenue and for a distance of 25 feet on each side of the entrance
drive to Ames Senior High School.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with
the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
