A SUPPLEMENTAL ORDINANCE FOR ENTRANCES
An Ordinance Recording a List of Entrances Properly Available under the
Terms of Resolution signed April 2, 1963 for Project No. U-917 (7) Road
No. U. S. 30, City of Ames, Iowa.
WHEREAS, the above designated Project has been completed and
under terms of said resolution signed April 2, 1963 the Council agreed
on such completion and upon receipt from the Iowa State Highway Commission
of a list of entrances provided for access under the above improvement
specified as Project No. U-917 (7) that said list would be recorded under
a supplemental ordinance, and,
WHEREAS, said list of entrances has now been furnished to the
City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, by the Iowa State Highway Com-
mission.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AMES, IOWA:
Section 1. The compiled list furnished by the Iowa State Highway
Commission of entrances provided for access under the above improve-
ment specified as Project No. U-917 (7) are hereby recorded as follows in
this ordinance:

Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full form and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided
by law.

passed on its first reading.

passage of ordinances be suspended, the second and third readings
be omitted and Ordinance No. 2063 be placed for final passage.
