TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that there is now on file in the office
of the City Clerk, City Hall, Ames, Iowa, a proposed ordinance vacating the
North and South alley between Grand Avenue and Hodge Avenue and abutting
Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 in Block 20, College Park Addition First North to the
City of Ames, Iowa. Said ordinance further provides that such described
alley be conveyed by quit claim deed to the abutting property owners.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that such proposal to vacate said alley
and to convey the same will come on for hearing before the City Council at
8 o'clock P. M. , Central Daylight Time, on the 22nd day of September, 1964
in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Ames, Iowa, at which time and
place any interested persons may appear for or against the vacation or con-
veyance of said portions of such alley.
