BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS: J , Section 1. That Sections 42-3(b) and 42-3 of the Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa, and the official zoning map therein referred to are hereby amended to include land recently annexed in "D" District (business and light industry). Land described as follows: The Northeast Quarter (NE-1) of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of Section 12, Township 83 North, Range 24 West of the 5th P. M., Story County, Iowa, and the North 1322. 1 feet of Lot 27, except the West 400 feet thereof, in Woodland Acres, a plat of the West Half (W2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE-1) of Section 12, Township 83 North, Range 24 West of the 5th P. M., Story County, Iowa; except the North 349. 9 feet from all of the above. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law. Passed this 21st day of July 1964. M. W. lVrdbLn , Clerk Pearle P.
