HomeMy WebLinkAbout~Master - Parking on Hayward Avenue, Not Adopted ORDINANCE NO. 2030 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 25 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA AND DESIGNATING HAYWARD AVENUE WHERE PARKING IS PROHIBITED. Be It Ordained By The City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, as follows: Section 1. That Chapter 25 of the Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa, be and the same is hereby amended by enacting the follow- ing to be known as Section 25-105. 17(21)(a) of the Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa. 25-105. 17. Parking is hereby prohibited at all times, except as may be otherwise provided in the sub- paragraphs following, on the streets of the City of Ames, Iowa, as follows: (21)(a) Hayward Avenue on the West side for a distance of 65 feet North of its intersection z ' with Hunt Street. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law. Passed this day of 1964. M. W. Jordan, City Clerk Pearle P.
