For buildings in a "C-3" District no minimum width of lot is required, and the minimum area and yard requirements of this Chapter 42 shall not apply. In any "C-3" District the front yard, side yard and rear yard depth or setback of a building shall comply with the following require- ments: (a) Minimum setback from any lot line abutting upon a public street shall be forty (40) feet. (b) Minimum setback from any other lot line shall be ten (10) feet. Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordi- nance are hereby repealed.
