HomeMy WebLinkAbout~Master - Establishing Curb Grades on Certain Streets ORDINANCE NO. 2018 AN ORDINANCE CREATING AND ESTABLISHING CURB GRADES ON CERTAIN STREETS AND AVENUES IN THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA. Be It Ordained By the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, as follows: Section 1. That the curb grades on the following streets and avenues in the City of Ames, Iowa, be and the same are hereby established at the elevations shown on the plats and profiles now on file in the office of the City Clerk, which said plats and profiles are by this reference made a part of this ordinance. i Village Drive - In West Campus Village Addition to Ames, Iowa. South Wilmoth Avenue - North from its intersection with Morningside Street Hilltop Road - South and North from its intersection with Tripp Street. Tripp Street - From the West line of South Wilmoth Avenue West to the terminus thereof. South-Feurth-Street - From the West line of Hazel Avenu-e to the West line of Maple Avenue. Pearle Street - From Main Street to Fifth Street. West Street - From the West line of Franklin Avenue to the East line of Crane Avenue. Twenty-fourth Street - East from the East line of Grand Avenue. Twenty-fourth Street - From the intersection of Burnett Avenue to the West line of Duff Avenue. Kellogg Avenue - North from the North line of 24th Street. Crane Avenue - From the South line of Woodland Avenue to the South line of West Street. Westwood Drive - From the South line of Woodland Street to the North line of Story Stree . Story Street From its intersection with Marshall Avenue East to the terminus thereof. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. 2. Section 3.
