That Sections 25-114. C. 1, 25-113. 3, 25-113. 5, 25-113. 6, 25-113. 1, 25-114. 4, 25-114. 3, 25-113. 5, 25-114. 6 and 25-103. 2 of the Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa be and the same are hereby repealed, and the following be and the same are hereby enacted to be known as Sections 25-114C. 1, 25-114B. 3, 25-114. B. 4, 25-113. 3, 25-114. 4, 25-114. 3, 25-114. 6, and 25-113. 1, respectively, of the Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa: 25-114 C. 1. The following areas shall have a maximum parking time limit of Three Hundred (300) minutes: (a) Sixth Street from Duff Avenue to Clark Avenue. (b) Duff Avenue from Fifth Street to Sixth Street, except the first two meters on the West side of Duff Avenue just south of Sixth Street. 25-114B. 3. The first two meters on the west side of Duff Avenue just south of Sixth Street shall have a maximum parking time limit of thirty (30) minutes. 25-114. B. 4. The first two meters on the west side of Kellogg Avenue just north of the alley between Main Street and Fifth Street shall have a maximum parking time limit of thirty (30) Minutes. 25-113. 3. Both sides of Kellogg Avenue from the north line of the east and west alley between Main Street and Fifth Street to the south line of Fifth Street shall have a maximum parking time limit of twelve (12) minutes, except the first 2 meters on the west side just north of said alley. 25-114. 4. Fifth Street from Duff Avenue to Burnett Avenue, except the space reserved for official cars north of the City Hall, and except the third and fourth parking meters west of Kellogg Avenue on the south side of Fifth Street shall have a maximum parking time limit of sixty (60) minutes. 25-114. 3. Kellogg Avenue from the north line of Lincoln Way to the south line of Sixth Street shall have a maximum parking time limit of sixty (60) minutes except in the following places: • � j I 2. (a) The north 192 feet on the west side. (b) The north 75 feet on the east side. (c) On the west side from the north side of the alley between Main Street and Fifth Street, to Fifth Street. (d) That portion of Kellogg Avenue reserved for taxi stands and for parking of official cars. 25-114. 6 Lincoln Way on the south side from the east line of Hayward Avenue to the West line of Lynn Avenue shall have a maximum parking time limit of sixty (60) minutes. 25-113. 1 The third and fourth parking meters west of Kellogg Avenue on the south side of Fifth Street shall have a maximum parking time limit of twelve (12) minutes. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law. Passed this 29th- day of October 1963. I M. W. :Tor an, Pearle P.
