That the curb line on both sides of Onondaga street from Duff ' Avenue to Burnett Avenue shall be 3 i thirteen feet from the lot line ana j on both sides of Douglass Avenue ; from Onondaga street to Story street I the; curb Iine shall be ten feet from I the lot line, and on-both sides of Kel- logg Avenue from the right of way of the Chicago & Northwestern Railway 1 Company to Story street the curb line j ' shall be ten feet from the lot line. + All curbs shall be so constructed that i the plane m,,rde by projecting the curb ` LLl hall coincide with the S line downward s ; side of the curb opposite from the i lot line. 1 Attest t A.
