AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
BY ADDING THERETO A NEW SECTION 33-11076 FOR THE PUP,POSE OF
ESTABLISHING A SCHOOL STOP ON THIRTIETH STREET AT FERNDALE AVENUE .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF AMES,
IOWA:
Section 1. That the Municipal Code of the City of Ames ,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto a new
section to be enumerated Section 33-11076 , said section to read
as follows :
Sec. 33-11076 . Thirtieth Street at
Ferndale Avenue.
Thirtieth Street at Ferndale Avenue
is a school stop.
Section 2 . All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
Section 3 . Violation of this ordinance shall constitute
a misdemeanor.
Section 4 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and publication as required by
1 aw.
