HomeMy WebLinkAbout~Master - Amending Section 42 of Ordinance 937 (Zoning) Inst . # 2306 Fee 5 2 . 50 ORDINANCE NO. 1089 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 42-3(b) and 42-4 of ORDINANCE NO. 937 OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA, BY ZONING CERTAIN TOWN LOTS AS "D" DISTRICT (BUSINESS AND LIGHT INDUSTRY). Be It Ordained By The City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, as follows: Section 1. That Sections 42-3(b) and 42-4 of Ordinance No. 937 of the City of Ames, Iowa, and the official zoning map therein referred to are hereby amended to included certain town lots in "D" District (Business and Light Industry), said town lots being described as follows: Lots 4, 5, 8, 9, 12 and 13 of Block 4, Kingsbury Addition to the City of Ames, Iowa. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law. Passed this 3rd day of September , 1963. p a� M. Jo d Ci y Clerk Pearle P.
