TO WHOM IT 1tilAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT the City Council of the City of
Ames, Iowa proposes that Ordinance No. 937 of the City of Ames, Iowa be
amended to include in "D" District (Business and Light Industry) the
following described land in the City of Ames, Iowa:
Lots 4, 5, 8, 9, 12 and 13 of Block 4, Kingsbury Addition to
the City of Ames, Iowa.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the proposed ordinance incorpor-
ating such change is now on file in the office of the City Clerk at Ames, Iowa,
and a hearing on the proposed adoption of said ordinance will be held before
the City Council in the council chambers of the City Hall, Ames, Iowa at
8:00 o'clock P. M. on the 3rd day of September, 1963. Any interested parties
are invited to appear for or against this proposed ordinance.
