If 2305 Fee S 2 . 50 ORDINANCE NO. 10g8 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 42-3(b) and 42-4 OF ORDINANCE NO. 937 OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA, BY ZONING RECENTLY ANNEXED LAND AS "0' DISTRICT, (BUSINESS AND LIGHT INDUSTRY). Be It Ordained by The City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, as follows: Section 1. That Sections 42-3(b) and 42-4 of Ordinance No. 937 of the City of Ames, Iowa, and the official zoning map therein referred to are hereby amended to include land recently annexed in "D" District, (Busi- ness and Light Industry), said land being described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 83 North, Range 24 West of the 5th P. M. , Story County, Iowa; thence East 440 feet, thence South 297 feet, thence West 440 feet; thence North 297 feet to the point of beginning. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law. Passed this 23rd day of August—, 1963. M. W. ,Jor an ty Clerk Pearle P.
