YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City Council of the. City of
Ames, Iowa, proposes that Ordinance No. 937 of the City of Ames, Iowa be

ariiended to include in "D` District (business and Light Industry) the following
described land recently annexed to the City of Ames, lovia:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the South Half of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 14, 'Fownship 83 North,
Range 24 West of the 5th P. ,Vi.. , 81ory County, Iowa;
hence East 440 feet, thence South 297 feet, thence West
440 feet; thence North 297 feet to the point of be grinning.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the proposed ordinance incor-
porating such change is now on file in the office of the City Cl^rk, Anies, Iov,,a,'
and a hearing on the proposed adoption of said ordinance -kvill be held before
the City Council in the council chambers in the City Ball, Aires, lo-,.va, at
8:00 o'clock P. !. on the 20th day of August, 1963. Any interested parties are
invited to appear for or against this proposed ordinance.
