ORDINANCE NO. 1068
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 25 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
THE CITY OF A.MES, IOWA BY REPEALING SECTION 25-101. 6 THEREOF;
AND PROVIDING FOR NINETY (90) MINUTE PARKING ON CERTAIN
PORTIONS OF CLARK AVENUE.
Be It Ordained By The City Council of The City of Ames, Iowa, as follows:
Section 1. That Section 25-101. 6 of Chapter 25 of the Municipal Code
of the City of Ames, Iowa, be and the same is hereby repealed and the
following be and the same is hereby enacted in lieu thereof to be known as
Section 25-101. 6 of the Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa:
25-101. 6. Parking is limited to ninety (90) minutes on the
east side of Clark Avenue from the north line of the Chicago
and Northwestern Railway right-of-way to Fifth Street, and
on the west side thereof from Main Street to Fifth Street.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the
provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and publication as provided by law.
