HomeMy WebLinkAbout~Master - Establishing Curb Grades on Duff Avenue C d R f' • ORDINANCE NO. 1067 AN ORDINANCE CREATING AND ESTABLISHING THE CURB GRADES ON DUFF AVENUE I N THE CI TY OF AMES, I OWA FROM THE NORTH LI NE OF NINTH STREET TO THE SOUTH LINE OF THIRTEENTH STREET. 4, Be It Ordained By The City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, as follows: IY ` Section 1. That the curb grades on Duff Avenue in the City of Ames, Iowa, from the North line of Ninth Street to the South line of Thirteenth Street be and the same are hereby established at the elevations shown on the plats and profiles consisting of three pages now on file in the office of the City Clerk, which said plats and profiles are by this reference made a part of this ordinance. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law. Passed this 7th day of May , 1963. M. W. Jordan Clerk Pearle P. DeHart, Mayor.
