HomeMy WebLinkAbout~Master - Amending Chapter 76 of Municipal Code by Repealing 76-13, 76-14, 76-15 ORDINANCE NO. 1062 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 76 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA, BY REPEALING SECTION 76-13, 76-14 and 76-15 THEREOF BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AMES,; IOWA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That Sections 76-13, 76-14 and 76-15 of Chapter 76 of the Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa be and the same are hereby repealed. Section 2. All ordinance s or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law. I Passed this 2nd day of— Aoril 1963. M. W. Jorda City Clerk Pearle P.
