HomeMy WebLinkAbout~Master - Amending Certain Sections of Ordinance 937 (Zoning) K _ ` Inst. # 4504 Fee $ 2 . 50 ORDINANCE NO. 1052 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 42-3(b) and 42-4 OF ORDINANCE NO. 937.OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA BY CHANGING CERTAIN "A" DISTRICT (RESIDENCE) TO "AB" DISTRICT (LIMITED MULTIPLE RESIDENCE). BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AMES,, IOWA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That Sections 42-3(b) and 42-4 of Ordinance No. 937 of the City of Ames, Iowa, and the official zoning map therein referred to, are hereby amended so as to change and rezone from an "A" District (Residence) to an "AB" District (Limited Multiple Residence), the following described property: Be ginning at the Northeast corner of the S2 of the SW4 of the NE4 of Se ction 8, T83N, R24W of the 5th P. M., Iowa, thence West 847. 9 feet along the North line of the s2 of the SW4 of the NE4 of said Section 8, thence North 407. 25 f eet,, thence East along the South line of West Campus Village Addition to Ames, Iowa to the West line of Lot 14, C. G. Lee's Subdivision to Ames, Iowa, thence North to the Northwest corner of said Lot 14, thence East to the Northeast corner of said Lot 14, thence South to the place of beginning. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with. the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3.
