HomeMy WebLinkAbout~Master - Amending Chapter 25 of Municipal Code (Traffic) i ORDINANCE NO. 1046 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 25 ON TRAFFIC OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA, BY PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE EAST SIDE OF HAYWARD AVENUE. Be It Ordained By The City Council of The City of Ames, Iowa, as follows: Section 1. That Section 25-105. 17 of the Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa, be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following subsection to be known as Section 25-105. 17(21)a of the Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa: 25-105. 17 Parking is prohibited at all times, except as may be otherwise provided in the subparagraphs following, on the streets in the City of Ames, Iowa, as follows: 21(a) Hayward Avenue on the east side from Knapp Street to Storm Street. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law. Passed this 20TH day of November 1962. M. W. or , sty Clerk Pearle P.
