HomeMy WebLinkAbout~Master - Establishing Curb Grades on Duff Avenue ra 'at � .2.�ltr LJ ORDINANCE NO. 1019 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING CURB GRADES ON DUFF AVENUE IN THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA FROM THE SOUTH LINE OF SIXTH STREET TO THE NORTH LINE OF NINTH STREET. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AMES., IOWA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the curb grades on Duff Avenue from the South line of Sixth Street to the North line of Ninth Street in the City of Ames, Iowa, be and the same are hereby established at the elevations shown on the plats and profiles now on file in the office of the City Clerk, which said plats and profiles are by this reference made a part of this ordinance. Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law. Passed this 20th day of Fahruary , 1962. M. Jorda , ' y Clerk Pearle P.
