That Sections 42-3(b) and 42-4 of Ordinance No. 937 of the City of Ames, Iowa, and the official zoning map therein referred to are hereby amended to include land recently annexed in "D" District, (Business and Light Industry), said land being described as follows: The Southeast Quarter (SE4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of the Northeast Fractional Half (NE fr2) of Section 1, Township 83 North, Range 24 West of the 5th P. M., Iowa, and Lots 1, 2 and 3 in the Northeast Fractional Half (NE fr2) of Section 1, Township 83 North, Range 24 West of the 5th P. M., Iowa Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law. Passed this 16th day of Ja , 1962. 22, �& f W W. Jo n, City Clerk Pearle P.
