That Section 42-3(b) and Section 42-4 of Ordinance #937 of the City of Ames, Iowa. and the official zoning map therein referred to, j are hereby amended so as to change and re-zone from a D District (Business and Light Industry,-) to an "A" District (Residence), the following I property: ' I That part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 93 North. Lange 24 West of the 5th P. NL , Iowa, describcd as commencing at a point 30 feet North of the Northeast corner of Lot 1, C"lark3s Subdivision, Outlot A. Lot 2, Ames, Iowa; thence East along the center lints of South Fourth Street 218. 7 feet, thence South 214 feet, thence: West 218. 7 feet, thence North 214 feet to the place of beginning. i Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the i provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3.
