TO VVHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City Council of the City of
Ames, Iowa proposes that Ordinance No. 937 of the City of Ames, Iowa, be
amended to include in "A" Residential District the following described
land recently annexed to the City of Ames, Iowa:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, Sixth .Addition, Courtry Club Heights
Subdivision, Ames, Iowa.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the proposed ordinance
incorporating such change is now on file in the office of the City Clerk,
Ames, Iowa, and a hearing on the proposed adoption of said ordinance will

be held before the City Council in the Council Chambers in the City Hall,
Ames, Iowa at 8:00 o'clock P. X1. on the 19th day of September, 1961.
Any interested parties are invited to appear for or against this proposed
ordinance.
