It was shown at the -- -- -_----- trial that the card was 14xl.6 inches in size,, instead of 18x18, and while 'the name of the disease was displayed, the word "Quarantine" was omitted. The court decided that the quarantine as established was not in accordance with requirements of the State Board of Health, and there- fore not a legal quarantine, and the-party was released so far as break- ing quarantine was concerned.
