Guide City Clerk 5-2019.pdt 2019 City Clerk Planning Worksheet.pdt city election races.pdf
Dear City Clerks-
Attached are documents to help you prepare for the November 5, 2019 City Election. The Secretary of State's
office no longer has these guides publicly available on its website. Candidate guides and forms are still available
and I have hyperlinked them below.
2019 is the first year that the city election and the school election are combined—if you have questions about
the combined election, please contact me.
One of the attachments is the planning worksheet. This is due by August 7 but we're happy to receive your
information sooner.
I've also attached the list of offices, including names of incumbents, that we currently have. If there are any
errors or additions, please let us know as soon as possible.
If you've had a recent resignation or are expecting one between now and September 14, please contact me.
