The first set of proceedings covers the Council's action in holding a public hearing on the establishment of the Campustown Urban Renewal Area and includes a resolution approving the urban renewal plan for that area. The resolution states that the Planning and Zoning Commission has approved the urban renewal plan. If the Commission has not taken this action, please call me. The second set of proceedings covers the adoption of the tax increment ordinance for the Campustown Urban Renewal Area. I have prepared the proceedings on the assumption that the Council will want to consider the ordinance at three separate meetings. If the Council chooses to waive any-ofAhe mcaip4s, please let we know an Once the ordinance has been finally adopted, it must be published and a copy of the ordinance must be filed with the County Auditor. The proceedings show the ordinance being considered at three separate meetings, beginning with the meeting on Nov. 12.
