Lynn Scarlett, Story County Auditor's Office,needs the wording for the ballot ASAP.
She needs to provide the wording to the printer so that the ballots can be available for
absentee and satellite voting.

Notes: I requested an estimate of costs from Lynn for holding satellite voting at four
locations: both HyVees, Cub Foods, K-Mart, for two consecutive Saturdays prior to the

Auditor's Office needs to know the time the polls will open and close.
Notes: Conferred with SLS. Decided to use the "normal"times that have been used in the
past elections: 7 AM to 8 PM.
