South Grand Avenue Extension Project Dear Tracy, We are transmitting the completed acquisition file for the above-referenced parcel and project for completion of closing and your records. The following is the payment due for this parcel per the signed Purchase Agreement: Story County Operating CO., L.L.C.- $3950.00 102 W Court Winterset, IA 50273 The Mayor and City Clerk will need to sign the Purchase Agreement in the presence of a Notary Public. As Municipal Engineer, you will need to sign the Temporary Construction Easement in the presence of a Notary Public, and a copy of the fully executed agreements should be mailed to the landowner along with payment. The Electric Facilities Easement will need to be filed with the Story County Recorder's Office. We recommend not recording the Purchase Agreement or Temporary Construction Easement so the City is not required to record a termination when the project is complete. Lien search was completed, and our team found no encumbrances of record which would require release or subordination as a part of the closing process.
