NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that the Easement Agreement between the City and Iowa State University to allow a pedestrian bridge to be located within and over top of the City's right-of-way on University Boulevard is hereby approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that the date of the public hearing on April 13, 2021, regarding granting an easement for the ISU Pedestrian Bridge over University Boulevard is hereby approved.
