Subject: Permanent Easement agreement at(Michelle Elementary School)f[Our matter 2830-0215-00021
Hafiz: The School District approved the easement last night. I am told that the original will be signed and
delivered to the Clerk's office for filing with the Recorder. Ms. Stensland from the school district thought it
may be delivered today. I have asked the City Clerk to send me a copy of the fully signed document
(before it is recorded) once she has it so that you know you can proceed.
