Riverside Drive be granted to Iowa State University. The easement is needed to allow for the installation of communication infrastructure to the Research Park.The legal description for the
proposed utility easement is: A 10-FOOT WIDE EASEMENT,BEING 5.00 FEET ON BOTH SIDES OF THE CENTERLINE.THE SIDE LINES OF THIS 10-FOOT WIDEEASEMENT
ARE EXTENDED OR SHORTENED SO AS TO TERMINATE ON THE PROPERTY LINES,BEING IN THE SOUTH HALF OF SECTION 15,TOWNSHIP 84 NORTH,RANGE 24 WEST
OF THE OF THE 5TH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN,AND IN THE NORTH HALF OF SECTION 22,TOWNSHIP 84 NORTH,RANGE 24 WEST OF THE OF THE 5TH PRINCIPAL
