EASEMENT
FOR PEDESTRIAN SIDEWALK
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:
That Nancy S.Bundy,a married person,(hereinafter"Grantor"),her successors and assigns,
for good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant
unto the City of Ames, Iowa, a municipal corporation, (hereinafter"Grantee"), its successors and
assigns, the perpetual right to enter upon the land hereinafter described and the perpetual right to
construct, reconstruct, maintain, repair and use a sidewalk for the purpose of pedestrian use and
conveyance, upon,underground, over or across the land described as:
The North 6.00 Feet of Parcel `AX' of Lots 14, 15, 16 and 17, Cayler's Second
Addition,an Official Plat,and part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 11,Township
83 North,Range 24 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian,in the City of Ames, Story
County, Iowa.
Grantor shall not cause or permit any trees or shrubs or above ground structures or
obstructions to be located within the above described land.
Grantee shall assume liability for all damage to the real estate described herein to the extent
that such damage is caused by failure of the Grantee to use due care in the exercise of the rights
granted by this easement.
