THEESFIELD and LOIS A. THEESFIELD,their successors and assigns do hereby grant,convey to the City of Ames,Iowa,a municipal corporation,a perpetual right of way and easement,with the right,privilege and authority to said municipal corporation,its successors,licensees,assigns and lessees,to locate,relocate,replace,construct,reconstruct,repair, operate, maintain, patrol and/or remove an underground line or lines of poles plus all relevant wires and fixtures, for the purpose of transmitting and/or distributing electric power and telecommunications in,on,through, over,under and across the following described land in the County of Story,State of Iowa: DESCRIPTION: Electric facilities easements described as: Five feet(5')along the East property line of the property described as: Local Address: 1019 Brookridge Avenue,Ames,Iowa 50010 Legal Description: Lot 80 and All that part of Lot 84 in Ridgewood Addition to Ames, Iowa, lying southerly of a straight line formed by extending the boundary line between Lots 80 and 81 in said Ridgewood Addition in a westerly direction from the southwest corner of Lot 81. The tract in Lot 84 hereby conveyed is a triangle, the southeasterly line of which is the westerly boundary of Lot 80 with a length of 45 feet.
