RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GENERAL PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS AT
1231 NORTH DAKOTA AVENUE, 1218 DELAWARE AVENUE,
AND 1103/1201 NORTH DAKOTA AVENUE,AMES,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council for the City of Ames,Iowa,that general utility easements
at 1231 North Dakota Avenue, 1218 Delaware Avenue, and 1103/1201 North Dakota Avenue,
Ames,granted to the City of Ames by 1231 North Dakota Apartments,Inc.,Alpine Manor Limited
Partnership, Merrill Kim and Janet Oborn Sharp, their successors and assigns, shall be and are
hereby accepted.
