On this 29th day of October, 2007, the City of Ames, Iowa, by the recording of this instrument exercises it's
option to a perpetual right-of-way easement, granted by Loran R. Simpson,Trustee,to the City of Ames,
Iowa, in and pursuant to an instrument, titled, Option for Electric Line Easement, dated the 17t'Day of May,
2005, recorded in/as Inst 200500006272 in the office of the recorder of deeds for Story County, Iowa.
The undersigned hereby certifies that the further consideration expressed in the aforesaid Option instrument
has been paid to Grantor(s) in the manner provided for in said Option instrument.
