option to a perpetual right-of-way easement, granted by Rose Marie Shevokas to the City of Ames, Iowa, in
and pursuant to an instrument, titled, Option for Electric Line Easement, dated 271h Day of May, 2005,
recorded in/as Instrument 200500006924 in the office of the recorder of deeds for Story County,Iowa.
The undersigned hereby certifies that the further consideration expressed in the aforesaid Option instrument
