KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
On this 9th day of March, 2008, the City of Ames, Iowa, by the recording of this instrument exercises it's
option to a perpetual right-of-way easement, granted by Ellen M. Snider to the City of Ames, Iowa, in and
pursuant to an instrument, titled, Option for Electric Line Easement, dated September 15, 2005, recorded in
/as Bk11315 pg 438-441 in the office of the recorder of deeds for Polk County, Iowa.
The undersigned hereby certifies that the further consideration expressed in the aforesaid Option instrument
has been paid to Grantor(s) in the manner provided for in said Option instrument.
