RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PERMANENT DRAINAGE,
ACCESS,AND PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
ON S.E. 16TH STREET,AMES,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Ames, Iowa, that a perpetual
easement for drainage,access,and public utility by Bradshaw Farms,L.P.,its successors and assigns,
shall be and is hereby accepted.
