Would you please file this easement and charge it to account number 530-4795-485-4081
then send me a recorded copy when you receive it?
Also, I sent an easement to be filed for DMACC at 1420 S. Bell Avenue would you send
me a copy of it when it comes back? I can't remember if I requested you to when I sent
it.

Lisa:
I will be happy to record the Easement; however, I want to make you aware that the Recorder's Office will
charge an additional $10 fee because they require a top 3" margin. Would you prefer to re-do the
document or should I send it over as-is? On some documents that I've sent over previously, I taped
additional bond paper at the top(which used to suffice); however, they no longer accept those either...
