STREET EASEMENT
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:
The grantor,Kenneth Lee Achey,for and in consideration of$1 and the following covenants,hereby
grants to the City of Ames, Iowa, the following permanent and perpetual.right to enter upon the land
hereinafter described for purposes of a public street and public utilities and construction and maintenance
thereof over, across and under the land described as:
That part of Lot 1,Block 1,Clark's Subdivision of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of

Grantors shall not construct, install,erect or place any structure,or improvement over or within the area of
this easement without first obtaining the written consent of the Grantee.
Grantors shall not change the grade,elevation or contour of any part of the area of this easement without first
obtaining the written consent of the Grantee.
Grantee shall have the right to remove any unauthorized obstructions, improvements or structures placed,
installed, constructed or erected on the area of this easement.
Grantee shall assume liability for all damage to the real estate described herein to the extent that such damage
is caused by failure of the Grantee to use due care in the exercise of the rights granted by this easement.
