RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED AND CORRECTED UTILITY EASEMENT
AND FILL AGREEMENT FOR LIME SOFTENING RESIDUAL FROM WATER
TREATMENT AT 420 EAST 7TH STREET,
AMES,IOWA
WHEREAS, a certain utility easement and fill agreement for lime softening residual from water
treatment at 420 East 7`h Street,Ames,Iowa,filed July 25, 1996,as instrument number 96-07687 in
the office of the Story County Recorder has been found to contain an error; and
WHERAS, the City has completed the lime softening residual transfer operation described in
Appendix A of said utility easement and fill agreement; and
WHEREAS,the owner of that property,Eastwood of Ames, Inc.,has agreed to grant an amended
and corrected utility easement and fill agreement to the City of Ames;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Ames, Iowa, that the
amended and corrected utility easement and fill agreement for lime softening residual from water
treatment at 420 East 7`h Street, Parcel Number 09-02-426-000, by Eastwood of Ames, Inc., its
successors and assigns, shall be and is hereby approved and accepted.
