RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN FJARZ HOME BUILDERS,
RICHARD X. BLISS MW PHIL COY AND SONS, AND THE CITY OF AMES,
I OWA,
WHERNAS, the City of AYnes is desirous of constructing a storm
sewer outfall over and across and under the streets and lands
described in the drainage districts and.
WHER , Fjare Home Builders, Richard K, Bliss and Phil Coy and.
Sons have prepared a memorandum agreement for than signature Of
the Mayor and the City Manager of the City of Ames.
NOW,, THXRZF0RZ,, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Ames, Story County,, Iowa, that the memorandum agreement
between Fjare Home Builders, Richard R„ Bliss and Phil Cray and
Sons and the City of Ames# Iowa, for the construction of a storm
sewer outfall over and across and under the streets pnd lands
described in the drainage district, is hereby approved,, and that
the Mayor and the City Manager are hereby authorized and
directed to sign said memorandum agreement on behalf of the said
City of Ames, Iowa.

and accurate copy of said resolution, that said resolution was

Story County, Iowa, at its adjourned session the 24th day of
