NOW,, THXRZF0RZ,, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Story County,, Iowa, that the memorandum agreement between Fjare Home Builders, Richard R„ Bliss and Phil Cray and Sons and the City of Ames# Iowa, for the construction of a storm sewer outfall over and across and under the streets pnd lands described in the drainage district, is hereby approved,, and that the Mayor and the City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to sign said memorandum agreement on behalf of the said City of Ames, Iowa.
