I am writing in regard to two parking easements on 208 Stanton. The recent zoning
change of 207 Stanton to DCSC has reduced the required parking spots from 12 to 6.
There are six residential units and two commercial spaces.
Currently, the 12 spots formally required for 207 Stanton are distributed among two
remote properties. 208 Stanton has 2 spots reserved for 207 Stanton and 218 Stanton
has 10 spaces reserved for 207 Stanton. Currently, 218 Stanton has an easement of 2
spots at 208 Stanton.
I am requesting that the easement of 4 spots at 208 Stanton (2 for 207 and 2 for 218) be
removed from record. After all the shuffling is done, it should be of record that all of
the six required spots for 207 Stanton are at 218 Stanton and that 218 Stanton no longer
has a 2 spot easement at 208 Stanton.
