Dear Mr. and Mrs. Wierson: Thank you for bringing in a copy of the Joint Driveway Easement Agreement for your property at 227 East 90' Street and your neighbor's property at 223 East Wh Street. This agreement,once recorded in the Story County Recorder's Office and a"recorded copy" is received by the City, will satisfy item number four(4)in the conditions for approval of a home occupation permit for property located at 227 East 9 h Street,as specified in the Decision and Order for Case No. 89-16,dated April 27, 1989. Item number four(4)reads as follows: "That written approval for adjacent property owners to the west regarding approval for the use of the driveway as access to the applicant's property for a hair salon remain in effect." Since the normal processing time for recording a document with the Story County Recorder's Office is no more than thirty(30)days,I would expect that the City Clerk's Office should receive from you,a copy of the"recorded easement"within thirty(30)days of the date of this letter,which is on or before January 18,2002.
